Heat Distribution in Tanks
In order to see how well the heat collected by the absorber panels distributes through the network of tanks, probes were placed on the end of the tanks away from the absorber at the top and bottom. The difference in tank temperatures is fairly small, so according to these graphs, the heat mixes into the tanks pretty evenly. Also, the differences match up with physical facts about the system. The coldest tank at the top is the one furthest from the absorbers and the warmest tank is close to all three absorbers, whereas tank C is closer to the edge of the system. One strange thing is that the warmest tank has the coolest bottom out of the three.
