Coasting and Heating with Clouds

The Dave House North began recovering from the cold on the 15th, but several days of cloudy, cold weather drag the temperatures into the mid 50s. The Andy Shack loses more heat because of the bad weather, but begins to recover as soon as the sun returns since it has a functional heating system. The Dave House North, on the other hand, lacks the means to pull itself back to warmer temperatures. The spikes in the Dave House North temperature are due to sunlight from the East window striking the probe in the late morning. The probe was moved and the spikes disappeared. However, the lower winter sun makes finding a shaded location more difficult.
