The ambient temperatures were cool this week, so the building was able to dip below 70 ^oF inside. The irregularity of the sol-air temperature is caused by clouds which intermittently block the sun. The buildings get an extra boost to their cooling when the ambient temperature drops below the temperature of the water since extra heat can be given away to the surrounding air, as well as up into the sky.
