The following optional products and services are available for Zomeworks Track Racks™. Prices subject to change without notice.

This warranty extends the two-year warranty for shock absorbers and bearings to five years. This extended warranty must be purchased within 90 days of the purchase of the Track Rack.

The High Wind Upgrade Kit is recommended for stabilizing the tracker in areas where there are frequent high winds. This kit can be ordered with your tracker or purchased later as an add-on. The High Wind Upgrade Kit consists of an additional set of ZW-2003 shock absorbers, a T-Bar for mounting the shock absorbers and a bumper bolt to protect the shock absorbers from the tracker rails. The High Wind Upgrade Kit is only available for the larger Track Racks. Please provide tracker serial number and model number for proper sizing and hardware. F-series trackers made prior to the spring of 2003 need the T-bar for mounting.

ZW-2003 Shock Absorber

This 2-1/2" shock absorber is manufactured exclusively for Zomeworks. Its dampening effect is 50 times as strong as that of the shock absorber used for our line of smaller UTR trackers. Hang on it and it just creeps, moving only an inch or so in a minute. This new shock absorber is standard for all F-Series trackers. (The UTR 020, K040, 055, 070, 085, and 100 trackers do not have enough force to compress the ZW-2003 shock absorber.)

ZW-2006 Replacement Shock Absorber

Replaces older 1-5/8" shock absorbers on UTR-040, 55, 70, 85, and 100 and TRPM trackers (UTR-020 and TPRM-2 trackers cannot use this shock absorber.)

High Wind Locking Bar

Used in place of a shock absorber to lock a Track Rack into horizontal position during severe storms or high winds.

J-Clips

Additional J-Clips may be required for Track Racks that are not module-specific (drilled to accept a particular make of photovoltaic module) or, are not manufactured with slotted mounting rails. A sufficient number of J-Clips for the average module-mounting configuration suggested on the sizing matrix is supplied with the rack at no extra cost. If more J-Clips are required, they can be ordered separately when placing your rack order. Please call the factory if you have questions about the number of J-Clips you will need.

Gimbal Assembly

Made for Schedule 40 steel pipe.

Replacement Bearings and Bushings that are not covered by warranty can be purchased from Zomeworks. Because of design and hardware changes, please call with serial number to be sure we offer the best option available.

Custom Track Racks™

Any Track Rack™ not listed in this catalog is considered non-standard or custom. Please call us if you have a special situation and are looking for a size, color, or material that we do not list as standard. We make custom Track Racks™ to fit all modules. Production time for a custom Track Rack™ is longer. Please keep this in mind when ordering a custom rack.

Small Aluminum and Stainless Steel Track Racks can be manufactured. Please call the factory for pricing and lead times.

Non-Standard Coatings

Special paint or powder coating in a variety of colors is available. Epoxy zinc based paint, galvanizing, clear aluminum anodizing and powder coating. Please call the factory for pricing and lead times.
